Homemade Mayonnaise

Ingredients
3 egg yolks
500ml vegetable oil
1 tbsp English mustard
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Seasoning to taste
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, whisk the yolks with the mustards and vinegar.
Slowly add the vegetable oil to emulsify.
Season to taste.
