BBQ Mayo

BBQ Mayo Recipe | Corner House Canterbury


Ingredients

100g tomato ketchup

40g brown sauce

10g smoked paprika

25g dark brown sugar

2g Worcester sauce


Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients into a pan (except the mayo) bring to boil and dissolve the sugar.

  2. Allow to cool completely.

  3. Whisk the BBQ sauce into the mayo gradually until you have the desired taste and consistency, you may not need all of the sauce but it will sit happily in the fridge for up to 3 months.
