At Corner House Canterbury we have 5 beautifully presented, air conditioned rooms all bursting with character. Having recently been refurbished, they offer complete comfort while still maintaining the quirks of this 16th century building. Each room really does have its own unique personality which you can see in the pictures below.

Parking is available just behind The Corner House just off Dover Street in Holmans Meadow. We offer a voucher for 24 hour parking for £14 which you can purchase on arrival to us. We will just need your registration number.

Check in is from 3pm and check out from 10:30am. We do however offer a late check out at 12pm for £15 which you can request on arrival.

Breakfast Included!

All of our rooms are inclusive of a complimentary continental breakfast tray which is delivered to your room in the morning! This includes homemade granola, yoghurt and homemade berry compote, warm toast with butter and preserve, pain au chocolat, fresh fruit  and orange juice.

The Dickens Room

The very spacious Dickens room is situated at the front of the building on the first floor and features one king bed and seating area. Tastefully restored, the room boasts 2 bay windows which let in a wonderful light. The en-suite bathroom contains a large shower and quirky features of the 16th Century building. Amenities include air conditioning, tea & coffee making facilities, a desk, a flat screen TV, fridge, safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and free Wifi. Daily housekeeping is included in our rates.

The Tourtel Room

Situated on the first floor, our Tourtel room features one king size bed and seating area. The room has ample natural light which is enhanced by bedside squirrel cage lighting and modern chrome fixtures. The bathroom is the real gem in this room with both shower and bath and a large floor space. Amenities include air conditioning, tea & coffee making facilities, a desk, a flat screen TV, fridge, safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and free Wifi. Daily housekeeping is included in our rates.

The Attic Room

As the name would suggest, our feature room is tucked away at the top of the building and boasts its own separate bathroom, equipped with a roll top bath and floor lighting. Perfect for romantic getaways, above its double bed are the beautiful 16th Century beams and low arched ceilings. This room has bags of character but you do have to mind your head! We would also recommend this room only to those who are comfortable in climbing a narrow staircase. Amenities include air conditioning, tea & coffee making facilities, a dressing table, a flat screen TV, fridge, safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and free Wifi. Daily housekeeping is included in our rates.

The Chaucer Room

Situated on the first floor, our Chaucer room boasts a large double bed with original beams from this 16th Century building. Situated at the back of the building, it is one of our quietest rooms. Amenities include air conditioning, en suite with a shower, tea & coffee making facilities, a dressing table, large built in wardrobe, a flat screen TV, fridge, safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and free Wifi. Daily housekeeping is included in our rates.

The Becket Room

Situated on the first floor, our Beckets room is situated at the back of the building one of our quietest rooms and boasts original beams from this 16th century building. The stand out feature of this room is the floor the ceiling windows overlooking our beautiful garden. Amenities include en suite with a shower, air conditioning, tea & coffee making facilities, a dressing table, large built in wardrobe, a flat screen TV, fridge, safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and free Wifi. Daily housekeeping is included in our rates.

The Garden

As our guests you can enjoy our beautiful garden, fitted with electric heaters and a basket of cosy blankets we have created an ideal sheltered spot for you to enjoy our garden.
