Homemade treacle bread, whipped butter

Starters

Chicken liver parfait, port jelly, onion chutney, treacle muffin

Smoked mackerel choux bun, pickled cucumber,  

Chilled gazpacho (vg)

Courgette & ricotta fritters, cucumber & mint yoghurt (v) 

Pork, prune & hazelnut terrine, spiced tomato chutney, toast

Mains

Flat iron steak, triple cooked chips, tomato salad, mushroom ketchup, garlic butter

Slow cooked lamb shoulder, dauphinoise potatoes, seasonal vegetables, lamb jus

Confit pork belly, mash, savoy, apple butter, pork scratching, cider jus

Crab & prawn tart, tomato, fennel & green bean salad,  roasted new potatoes

Mushroom burger, flat mushrooms, tenderstem broccoli, hazelnuts, cucumber relish, triple cooked  chips (vg)
