The Corner House in Canterbury awarded Two AA Rosettes

The team at The Corner House have plenty to smile about this month. The Canterbury restaurant retained its AA Four Silver Star Restaurant with Rooms rating and added Two AA Rosettes to its accolades.

The achievement coincides with the launch of The Corner House Cookbook - which showcases The Corner House’s most popular dishes from the past five years.

The two AA rosettes are awarded to the best local restaurants which aim for and achieve:

higher standards
better consistency
greater precision is apparent in the cooking
obvious attention to the selection of quality ingredients

Matt Sworder, chef owner at The Corner House was delighted with the news, “Being awarded two AA rosettes is a testament to the hard work of the fantastic Corner House team, our excellent producers and our loyal guests who help us to keep our restaurants going from strength to strength. The two AA Rosettes follow The Corner House Canterbury twice making the final of Taste of Kent Restaurant of the Year.
