Ah the luxury of having a lovely night out, with a bottle or two of wine, without the worry of getting home! Our upstairs rooms mean that you can carry on the magic of the evening into the night.
The Corner House is set within a 16th century former inn (reportedly frequented by Charles Dickens), situated in the centre of historical Canterbury. We were lucky in having enough space upstairs to convert into bedrooms. During the refurbishment of both places, we were very careful to restore original features, whilst giving the spaces a contemporary feel, both in the restaurant areas and in the upstairs rooms. The result is luxurious rooms, with beautiful furnishings, high quality beds, and lovely views. And because we’d like our guests to feel as comfortable as they do at home, the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, TV, fridge, safe, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, free WiFi – and breakfast in bed!
Whether you come from afar to visit the area, or from nearby for a special night out, the rooms offer a perfect opportunity for you to switch off and unwind.
