What's Going on at The Corner House Canterbury?

Project Corner House Canterbury began last October when we acquired the Flying Horse in Canterbury, the second oldest pub in the city. With our planning permission on this Grade II listed building granted, we are now 6 weeks into the build. With the strip out complete it is now time to start building and restore this beautiful 16th Century Coach House.

As you can see below, we are not quite ready to serve you a chilled bottle of Chapel Down Curious Lager, however you can see progress is being made in creating the perfect space for our Corner House reception bar.

The Corner House Canterbury Restoration

Restoring the 16th Century beams has been a focus as they are such an integral part of it's history.

The Corner House Canterbury Restoration Continues

We have an expert team of builders working hard each day, keeping to their tight schedule, bringing the opening date closer and closer.
