Once you have made a booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing your booking details. If you have not received a booking confirmation email, the booking has not been successful.Please call us on 01227 780793 so we are able to assist and check availability.
For bookings of 12 guests or more, please fill in the Event Enquiry Form and a member of the team will get back to you.
Your dining experience can last as long as you want it to but tables may be used more than once so if you are planning a longer lunch or dinner, please let us know and we can make sure your needs are met. Our standard duration is 2 hours unless you have requested longer and we are able to accommodate.
In the warmer weather, our garden is open for guests to enjoy for dining and drinks. If you have booked a table outside and the weather is not suitable for outdoor dining, we will try and organise you a table inside but this cannot be guaranteed. We do however have a covered area which has heaters. If you book a table inside and would like to sit in our garden, we can accommodate if we have tables available.
Children of all ages are welcome and we have a Children’s menu available so if you will require a this menu, a high chair or need space for a pram, please add this to the booking comments.
We do not allow dogs in our restaurant however we do have a garden where we do allow dogs so please call the restaurant for bookings with dogs.
We require card details to secure your booking. These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe and will only be charged £20 per guest in the event of not showing up for your reservation. We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can hold tables for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted.
For parties of 8 and over, you may be charged a fee equal to £10 per person if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the time of your booking.
